Warranty
Prow provides a warranty on its entire range of quality products, guaranteeing you peace of mind. We strive to take care of any issue with one of our products the first time around. Prow’s commitment is to ALWAYS aim for the satisfaction of our cherished customers, making sure that you walk away feeling happy with your purchase. If for any reason you find an issue with one of our products, their parts or you are not fully satisfied, we will do our very best to provide a replacement and go above and beyond what is required in our efforts to please you.
You have 45 days from purchase in which to return your product, after which we can no longer refund your order. Refunds will be issued according the method of payment you used for making the order.
Prow takes no liability for any costs involved in the return of a product.
Prow takes no liability for the late delivery of shipments by USPS, UPS or any other carrier. All or our orders are processed immediately and according to the shipping speed you choose at the time of your order. We are not able to influence the shipping speed once the package is already in transit. Shipping costs are paid to the carrier and cannot be refunded.
Orders place before 12PM Eastern Time will be shipped out the same day. Any order placed after 12PM Eastern Time will be shipped out the next day. This is true for all shipping speeds, including Next Day.
Any orders placed between Friday and Sunday will only be shipped out by the following Tuesday.
PROW will replace any part that is confirmed as faulty thru all the relevant troubleshooting steps. We will do all we can to help you in the best possible way. PROW reserves the right to require that you return the faulty part and for us to have taken delivery of it before issuing a replacement.
PROW will only ship replacement parts to addresses within the continental United States and we reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping.
If you believe that you have not received what you ordered in full, please inform us immediately. We will do our utmost to help you and make sure you receive all correct parts. You will need to provide us with pictures of the packaging in which you received your order, the items that were included and the packing slip. Any damaged or missing parts must be reported within 20 days of delivery, after which we take no liability for the cost of replacement parts or the shipping of them.
PROW will not be responsible for any damages caused by the use, misuse, or inability to use one of our products. We take no liability for any defects resulting from water damage, fire, and other acts of nature, abuse, misuse, modification, improper installation, vehicle crash, or any other type of impact.
