Prow offers a 45-day return policy. This can be extended to 60 days if we are on vacation.

Q. Can I change the shipping speed or delivery address after placing my order?
A. We will not be able to change the shipping speed or the shipping address. As soon as you place the order it appears in our system and the processing starts immediately. Please consider your data carefully and before making your order.

Q. Do you provide a return label when returning within the 45-day return window?
A. PROW will not take responsibility for return costs unless the return is necessary due to a fault of ours. In such case, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.

Q. Can I make a return request online?
A. Sure you can. Fill out a Return Enquiry Form on our website, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Q. What if I would like to exchange my purchase?
A. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, so please make sure you order the correct product. You can return the item for a refund within 45 days and then order the correct product you need.

Q. What if the product I received is damaged?
A. We apologize for this. Please provide us with pictures of the packaging in which you received the product, any of the items included, and the packing slip. Any damaged or missing parts must be reported within 20 days of delivery, after which we take no liability for the cost of replacement parts or the shipping of them.

Q. How long will it take to credit my account with a refund?

Q. Why have I not received the refund I requested?

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is processed. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before your account is credited. If you have tried all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customersupport@prowstore.com

Q. If I used a gift card with my purchase, can I get my money back?
A. Unfortunately, orders which were paid for with the help of a gift card cannot be refunded.

Q. Once the refund was issued, can I cancel it?
A. This is impossible since the money is drawn from our account immediately upon issuing the refund
